A stranger struck and grabbed a teen in an unprovoked attack in Manhattan, cops said Monday.

The 18-year-old victim was walking on East 8th Street near Mercer Street in NoHo around 12:30 p.m. March 1 when the suspect approached without saying a word — and then hit her with an unidentified hard object and grabbed her by the throat, police said.

The brute took off, and the victim refused medical attention on scene.
