Contact RedTideNews
Contact the editor when you want to suggest a program for the catalog, point out a factual error, or ask about the site itself. The address is [email protected].
Suggest a program
RedTideNews tracks Mac software, games, and plugins — including Final Cut Pro and VST tools. If a title is missing, send it in. Include a link to the developer’s official page and a sentence about what the program does. Rosa checks every suggestion against the catalog’s scope before deciding whether to add it.
A good tip includes:
- the program name and developer
- a URL for the official product or App Store page
- the category it fits — macOS, Games, Mac Apps, Final Cut Pro Plugins, VST Plugins, or PDF
- a short description, one or two sentences
Corrections
The catalog has 636 entries, and details change. If a version number, compatibility note, file size, or install instruction looks wrong, write in with the correct information. Rosa treats every correction like a news desk update: she verifies it against the developer’s published materials, then fixes the page. The old build stays listed for readers who need it.
What the editor cannot help with
RedTideNews does not sell or license software. Rosa cannot help with licence keys, lost accounts, cracks, or technical support for third-party applications. Those questions belong to the developer or the store where you bought the program.
Copyright concerns
If you believe a page on this site infringes your copyright, do not use the contact address above. Please follow the instructions on the DMCA page instead; that process ensures your notice reaches the right person and gets handled correctly.
When to expect a reply
Rosa reads every message. Given the volume, a reply may not arrive immediately. She answers as soon as she can, and she prioritises corrections and clear, complete program suggestions.
Comments
Every comment on a program page is moderated before it appears publicly. While a comment awaits review, the author sees it flagged “awaiting moderation.” Rosa clears the queue regularly; no account is needed to browse, but a free account lets you comment and save programs to your favourites. When a saved program is updated, the site notifies you.
